Coaching services

In my coaching practice, I work with individuals on a one to one basis. My focus will be to explore your experiences and what ways they have impacted you using the framework of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) as developed by Marshall Rosenberg, aimed to support you to transform the way you relate with others in all areas of life. The aim of NVC is to help you feel more comfortable within yourself. Help you to feel more grounded whilst experiencing emotional challenges. NVC can bring clarity, inner calm and a sense of empowerment. I also use Counselling skills within my coaching practice adhering to the BACP code of conduct, and Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), a psychological approach that works with people to understand their thinking and behavioural patterns, emotive state and aspirations.

These sessions are all about you and are usually carried out virtually. I will explore various hurdles in your life, and how you can overcome and deal with them safely and at your own pace. I use the NVC framework to get to the heart of what matters the most to you and find clear strategies for creating the changes you want using various coaching skills such as goal setting, mood boards, and other beneficial activities.

Walk & Talk

These sessions are all about you and are usually conducted on a long walk in a safe space and at a convenient location. I will explore various hurdles in your life, and how you can overcome and deal with them safely and at your own pace. I use the NVC framework to get to the heart of what matters the most to you and find clear strategies for creating the changes you want using various coaching skills such as goal setting, mood boards, and other beneficial activities.

For Creatives

These sessions are designed for those in the creative industry. Being a filmmaker myself and on constant demand, I have spent years on a rollercoaster of constant burnouts and hospital trips. I have created the mindspace for clients who want to find a more healthy way to navigate their mental wellness whilst out in the labour market showing up as their strongest self in the most authentic way. I will help you develop structured goals and methods to stay productive.

Movie Therapy

I use movie therapy also known as cinema therapy which involves the viewing of movies for therapeutic and coaching purposes. The use of dialogue, tone, lighting, music, imagery, sound, will be explored to see what emotions are evoked during viewing for the viewer. This will give space for personal reflection encouraging you to feel what you are feeling, leaving room for conversations that will explore those feelings and address areas of concern.

These sessions are all about you and are usually carried out virtually. I’ll explore various hurdles in your life, and how you can overcome and deal with them at your own pace. We will use an NVC framework to get to the heart of what matters most to you and find clear strategies for creating the changes you want. We will bring curiosity, emotional intelligence and the power of calm presence to your life situations, and tap into your innate wisdom to transform the challenges you face. Being committed to the process with honesty, openness and reflectiveness is what allows transformation to happen.

Film can lead people to experience a wide range of emotion. Who has not walked out of a movie theatre feeling sad, scared, inspired, or otherwise moved? Movies can potentially open a person's eyes to new solutions to any number of difficulties and may provide many therapeutic benefits in addition to entertainment. They might offer hope, provide role models, and reframe problems.
